Our virtual staging service takes each listing from photography review and individual art direction through refinement and final delivery. Every decision is held against the original photograph and the property as a whole.

One collection and proposal
The client selects Estate, Editorial, or Sanctuary—or asks HOUSESEEN to recommend the strongest fit. Image count and listing date are confirmed in one fixed private proposal.
Studio-led composition
Each photograph is composed around its architecture and likely buyer. HOUSESEEN determines layout, furniture, art, palette, materials, and styling as one complete direction.
One considered revision
A private proof link is sent by email. The client replies with one consolidated set of focused adjustments within the approved collection and composition. This is refinement, not a second concept.
Final delivery
After approval, the finished images are prepared as high-resolution JPG files with a separate web-ready set and delivered through a private download link sent by email.

Focused adjustments may address placement, scale, one color relationship, a localized styling element, or a visible realism defect within the approved direction.
A different creative direction
Changing collections, replacing the complete furniture plan, requesting multiple alternatives, altering architecture, or reopening approved art direction requires a new proposal and schedule.
