HOUSESEEN treats property photography, listing information, and client correspondence as private commission material.
Information we receive
For an estimate or commission, we may receive your name, contact details, property location, listing timeline, room photographs, and creative direction.
How it is used
Commission material is used to evaluate scope, produce virtual-staging images, communicate about the project, and deliver final files. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Property photography
Original and completed images remain confidential. A project is added to the HOUSESEEN portfolio, social channels, or other promotional material only with written permission.
Storage and access
Project files are limited to the studio and the services required to create and deliver the work. Files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for production, delivery, revision, and studio records.
Your choices
You may ask the studio to correct project details or delete supplied files after delivery, subject to any records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Secure project intake
Customer uploads are accepted through the private HOUSESEEN order process. Property photographs and commission details are used only to review, produce, and deliver the requested work, and are never published without written permission.
